 Ideas, are powerful beyond measure. One good idea is all it takes to turn around your current dismal career solution.  In a February 2010 essay, CEO of GOOGLE was quoted as saying, “…innovation has driven our economy, employment growth, and our rising prosperity.” He still believes this to be true and believes people who act on their thoughts, nurturing their ideas with strategies and plans is the key to “…climbing out of our morass”.

What does it really take to be successful? What does it take to achieve Life-Work Balance? ONE THING? - a good I.D.E.A!

I-Imagination. Napoleon Hill called it “the workshop of the mind”. He states in the classic Think and Grow Rich our limitations lie in the development and use of it. To innovate, visualize and create you need imagination to bring that IDEA from your mind into reality.

D-Desire. Wishing for a better career or life is not enough. When you desire a better career or life you craft a plan. Desire longs to be made into a tangible, concrete, physical thing. E-Energy. If you have a plan for your idea great. If not, then make one today because you need one more thing, ENERGY. Executing the plan will require effort, enthusiasm and energy to make it come to pass. WHY? Because when the obstacles, disappointments and criticism come, you’ll need it.  Anything less wouldn’t do.

A-Assurance. Old English word perhaps for Confidence. Remain confident in your idea to bring the idea to life. Remain confident in your ability to make the right decision. Confident that your God given talents, skills and knowledge when mixed with faith will create the life you were meant to have. The truth is you have already been given everything you need to have the life you dream of, the question is do you believe in your I.D.E.A?
